What Payment Options Do You Accept?

To make the transactions easier for or clients and so our cleaners’ salary won’t be delayed, our payment method is through Interac e-transfer. We will send you the invoice via email and you just need to pay a $70 non-refundable deposit. The rest of the payment can be made after the cleaning.

How Far In Advance To I Have To Book For The Appointment?

It is advised that you book 3 days in advance so you can choose the schedule that will suit you best.

Do I Need To Be Home The Entire Time?

You may stay at home if you wish though most of our clients just let the cleaner/s in. Some of them just leave us detailed instructions on how we can get an access in their home such as a lock box code, garage code etc.

Do I Need Call You Each Time I Need Cleaning Services?

When you set up a recurring service, our system will automatically generate your next appointment based on when you last had our service and the frequency of service you selected. The good thing is we send out reminder emails 3 days and a day before the appointment so if you will not be available, we can always adjust the schedule. We just ask that you let us know at least 24 hours prior to the said appointment.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by reaching out to us either by phone or email. Kindly provide us at least 48 hours notice from the agreed appointment date and time so you won’t be billed $50 cancellation fee.

Do You Offer Gift cards?

Yes, we do! You can purchase a gift card by calling us at (204) 963-2419. If you have an elderly relative who could benefit from our cleaning services, this is a great option!
